Reread Spicy Hot Colors or select a book from the recommended book list. Focus on the colors and shades of colors in the book. Ask questions such as:
- Did you like the book? What did you like about it?
- What was your favorite picture in the book? Why did you like it best?
- What objects are the same color as something you are wearing today?
- What other things do you know that are the same color? Different shades of the same color?
