Give each child a photo you took of him or her during color explorations to take home and share with families. Encourage the child to explain to family members exactly what he or she was doing when the photo was taken.

With parental approval at home, encourage children to demonstrate how to dilute colored water to create different shades of color.

Then sing “Our Good-bye Song” together before children leave for the day.
