Sing “A-Hunting We Will Go” with children to help them with the ending sound /ks/. Ask them to listen for the /ks/ sound before they sing. Emphasize the sound at the end of the words box and fox as you sing. Then sing the song again and invite children to emphasize the sound with you.

A-Hunting We Will Go
A-hunting we will go,
A-hunting we will go,
We’ll find a fox,
And put him in a box,
And then we’ll let him go.
