Tell children that they are going to watch a Between the Lions video about the ending sound of the letter they learned this week, “Xx.” Show the video clip; then clarify any words children do not know, like sax or fax.
Show the video again. Pause after each word so that children can repeat it and point to the letter “Xx” in the word.
