Read Is It Red? Is It Yellow? Is It Blue? by Tana Hoban with individuals or small groups.

Invite children to name the colors and match them with the circles on each page as you read.

Adaptation: For children who have difficulty naming the color of an object, you might want to have them identify all red objects for the first read, then blue, then yellow.
