Educator Prep: Copy the words to the poem “Silly, Silly Mrs. McNosh” onto a sheet of chart paper. Display the chart so you can track the print as you read the poem aloud.
Tell children you are going to recite a poem called “Silly, Silly Mrs. McNosh.” Read the poem through several times, tracking the words as you read.
Once they are familiar with the words, invite children to recite the poem with you.
