Skill Focus: Counting, Hand-Eye Coordination, Letter Formation, Letter Recognition, Vocabulary

Invite children to make the letter “Nn” with blocks. You may want to draw large outlines of each letter on poster paper for children to refer to as they work. Ask, How did you make the uppercase letter “N”? Then ask, How will you make the lowercase letter “n”? Help children make a curve out of small square blocks.
