Sing “Hickety, Pickety, Bumblebee” with children. Explain to children that when it is their turn to sing their name, you want them to sing it in a loud voice.
- First demonstrate for children, then say, When it’s time to sing your name, sing it in a very loud voice!

Won’t you say your name for me? (child says his or her name)
Let’s all whisper it. (all children whisper it)
