Skill Focus: Creative Expression, Creative Movement, Imaginative Play, Vocabulary

Talk with children about the musical instruments, how to play them, and the sounds they make. Then invite children to sing, dance, and play along with recordings of children’s songs. Children can also form their own band.
 Encourage children to name and talk about the different musical instruments in their band. Toy animals and dolls can be singers, dancers, or the audience.
