Reread one of the books you read earlier in the week, watch the video Between the Lions “Roller Coaster,” or select a book from the recommended book list. Focus on ramps and rolling and sliding movements. Ask questions such as,

  • What was your favorite part of the book? What did you like best about that part?
  • Do you see any ramps in the illustrations? What do you think that ramp is used for?
  • Did you see any of these ramps on our walk outside or on your way home from school this week?
