Skill Focus: Active Viewing, Speaking and Listening, Vocabulary

Invite children to watch themselves explore rolling and sliding objects down ramps with different surfaces.

Play videos taken of children's explorations during this week or the unit. Have children discuss what they did, what they learned, and any new things they’d like to try after watching the video. Encourage them to use the suggested vocabulary as they discuss the videos.

Make a list of observations children make to try during the next week.
