Skill Focus: Creative Expression, Small Motor Skills, Vocabulary

Invite children to illustrate their favorite part of Samantha on a Roll. Let them use the actual book as reference to note the details, facial expressions, and body language of the characters. Ask children to dictate a sentence about what is happening in their picture. Write the sentence at the bottom of the picture. Help children write their names on their pictures.
